Roberta’s is bringing its flare 
to the city with an East Village pop-up that will open up this Wednesday at 1pm. The new café will be at the BMW Guggenheim Lab in First Park and will stay open for three months. According to Eater, the menu will include eggplant sandwiches, cheeseburgers, a salad, and Milk Bar cookies. The Lab will also be hosting events, programs, experiments and more.
